Application for Membership

WSSCSW has an Annual Renewal date of September 1st.
All new members who join July 1st through August 31st will have their full membership dues carry through the next membership year.

New General and Associate Members who join March through September are entitled to a 50% pro-rated discount for the remainder of that membership year. All other membership categories are already discounted and are not pro-rated.

Please note the work section of your application is your member account.

Associate - $80.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: September 1st No automatically recurring payments 1. Completed Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited School of Social Work.
2. A LSWAA or LSWAIC is required.
3. Have not yet met the highest statutory criteria to practice in the State of Washington.

Associate Automatic Payment - $80.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: September 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) 1. Completed Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited School of Social Work.

3. Have not yet met the highest statutory criteria to practice in the State of Washington.

Associate-Premium - $130.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: September 1st No automatically recurring payments Includes all membership fees plus and enhanced listing on the web roster for an associate level.
1. Completed Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited School of Social Work.
2. A LSWAA or LSWAIC is required.
3. Have not yet met the highest statutory criteria to practice in the State of Washington.

Associate-Premium Automatic Payment - $130.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: September 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Includes all membership fees plus and enhanced listing on the web roster for an associate level.

Emeritus - $55.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: September 1st No automatically recurring payments Offered to retired Clinical Social Workers

Emeritus Automatic Payment - $55.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: September 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Offered to retired Clinical Social Workers

General - $135.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: September 1st No automatically recurring payments Have met the highest statutory criteria to practice in the State of Washington.

General Automatic Payment - $135.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: September 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Have met the highest statutory criteria to practice in the State of Washington.

Out of State - $55.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: September 1st No automatically recurring payments 1. Completed Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited School of Social Work.
2. Must live outside of the State of Washington. This includes all categories of membership.

Out-of-State Automatic Payment - $55.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: September 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments)

Premium - $185.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: September 1st No automatically recurring payments Includes all membership fees plus an enhanced listing on the web roster.
Have met the highest statutory criteria to practice in the State of Washington.

Student - $10.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: September 1st No automatically recurring payments 1. Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Social Work program.
2. Must be in a supervised clinical social work placement/internship.
3. If not enrolled in a clinical social work placement, must be actively working on developing clinical social work skills.
