How will this information be used?

A WSSCSW Board member will contact the person who submitted the feedback form (if applicable) to ascertain whether they correctly understand the information received. The representative may ask for additional information, if necessary. If you choose to provide your name please be aware that at this time only the president and executive administrator have access to these forms.
